During the first weekend in November, I attended a belated “World Card Making Day” event the day before Stampin’ Up!’s gathering of demonstrators here in Atlanta. Between these two events, there were two days of fun filled activities with lots of friends that I don’t see as often as I would like, plus new friends making great memories.
The above card was my card for the World Card Making Day swap. I made 26 of this particular card plus 26 of the same layout using a different pattern of the same designer series paper. The sentiment is from the Suite Seasons stamp set.

I saved this card for today’s post to wish everyone a Happy Thanksgiving. This day gives us an opportunity to remember and to give thanks for our blessings. I had a personal incident that happened two days after the World Card Making Day/Stampin’ Up! weekend that reminds me how grateful I should be for each and every day. May your lives be touched by similar hopes and gratitude.
Wishing for you a Happy Thanksgiving and a joyous, safe holiday season…
