I hope you had a wonderful Easter celebration this past weekend! The Sisterhood of Crafters challenge for the next couple of weeks is centered around chicks n bunnies and is hosted by our team designer member Terri. So won’t you pull out your chick and/or bunny images and play along with us? For my card image, I selected an old single stamp released by Stampin’ Up! in 2013 called Ears to You.
I love the different texture patterns for each of the bunnies! My first step was to select a brightly colored piece of designer series paper. The floral design was selected from this year’s Garden Impressions designer series paper pack. Of course that made the selection of ink colors much easier for the bunnies. And, it also helped with the colors for the cardstock panels.
- Stamp Sets: Ears to You, Petal Palette
- Papers: So Saffron, Soft Sea Foam and Whisper White cardstock; Garden Impressions designer series paper
- Inks: Calypso Coral, Melon Mambo, So Saffron and Night of Navy inks; Melon Mambo and Call Me Clover blends
- Tools & Accessories: Rectangle Stitched dies, Quilt Top and Subtle embossing folders, linen thread, glimmer enamel dots
This delightful handmade card is ideal to give someone for Spring or Easter! Now, how about playing along with The Sisterhood of Crafters challenge blog! We would love to see you in our gallery! In the meanwhile, have fun stamping!
