“So Thankful” for November Pals Blog Hop

Thank you for joining us for the November Pals Blog Hop. We are thankful you are visiting today and hope you enjoy our thank you inspired projects. You should have just left stop number 2 on the Pals Hop, Ann Schach at The Stampin’ Schach. If so, you are in the right spot. If you get off track, the full blog lineup below will help you move along from blog to blog so you see all of the amazing creations. Magnificent Maple

This particular card was started several times looking for a particular fold and presentation.  I thought the Flip Flop Swing card was what I was looking for, but once I constructed it, I had to abandon that fold.  In the end I just did my own “thing”.  The focal point is that gorgeous Magnificent Maple leaf, embossed with Early Espresso embossing powder and watercolored using a Blender Pen and inks from Summer Starfruit, Pumpkin Pie and Cajun Craze.  The blue sky was sponged utilizing a torn mask.  I love the Chocolate Chip and Soft Sky color combination!  It so reminds me of Autumn in the South with its gorgeous blue skies and fantastic leaf color.

What a MAGNIFIENT card! I love all of the colors in that leaf stamp which you watercolored perfectly. The card looks like an easel card so I love how it looks opened up. Great job!
